Where We Ship
We currently offer island-wide shipping across all 14 parishes in Jamaica. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Options & Rates
We want to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. We primarily use the following methods:
- Knutsford Express (Courier Service): Delivery to your nearest Knutsford Express station.
- Rate: $700 JMD
- Timeline: 1–2 business days.
- Door-to-Door Courier (Tara): Delivered directly to your home or office address.
- Rate: $1,650 JMD Regular Area
- Rate: $2,875 JMD Rural Area
- Timeline: 1–2 business days.
- Post-to-Post Courier (Zipmail): Delivered directly to your local post office
- Rate: $500 JMD
- Timeline: 1–3 business days.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a notification once your package has been dropped off at the courier. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, we will provide you with a tracking or waybill number. You can use this to check the status of your delivery directly with the courier service.
